I hope you all had a fun and safe Labor Day Weekend! I got back from my trip from the Bahamas on Tuesday night and jumped back into the work grind Wednesday.

It’s always hard to get back into the swing of things. I always find myself wanting one more day and then another day to get into things but knowing it is a short week, I can’t quite complain. I am continuing to travel a bit these next few weeks and working on some exciting projects as well. I am finally home this weekend after being gone literally every single weekend for the past four weeks. I am hosting a dinner party at my place for some of my close friends this weekend. I am hoping the weather will stay as delightful as it has been so we can enjoy the patio and views of the city. I’ll be heading to the beautiful Mile High City the weekend after for some time with my friends back there. In a few short weeks, I will be a certified pre and post natal yoga teacher. I can’t wait to teach mamas to be and their little ones. Last night, I attended a super fun VIP event at Intermix in Beverly Hills. I love being able to connect with new people and seeing new trends (not to mention that Intermix is probably one of my favorite stores!)

Despite being so busy and traveling a bit, I still have a list of new and trendy places that I keep on my phone. Last week, I went to the Tasting Kitchen with my blogger bestie Danela from (www.dddiaries.com) for her 26th birthday. I’ve only known her for just about a year and I feel like we’ve known each other for years (y’all would laugh if you knew how we met!). The Tasting Kitchen is located in Venice on Abbott Kinney which has become such a cute and trendy place over the years. It’s a bit of drive from me, but definitely worth it! We shared the avocado salad and the sea bass. I can’t even begin to tell you how delicious the sea bass was…it was light, fluffy and it melted in your mouth. Just thinking about it, I want to have that for dinner tonight.

This dress makes for a fun transitional way into fall. I just love this faux suede olive green dress from Lulus. What better way to pair this fun faux suede dress than with some rockstuds. I got so many compliments when I wore this out for dinner. As we transition into fall, I can easily see myself wearing this dress with some tights and booties and fur jacket or leather jacket. This dress is currently sold out but definitely put yourself on their waiting list, Lulus is really good about re-stocking their items and emailing you when it has arrived! I have picked out some of other favorite picks, you can shop them here!
